Management

Robert J. McCullen Chairman, CEO and President
Robert J. McCullen is Chairman and CEO of Trustwave, with responsibility for all aspects of the firm's day-to-day operations. Mr. McCullen was a co-founder of Ambiron and one of the company's two Managing Partners, which eventually merged with Trustwave. Prior to Ambiron, he was the Director of Product Management and Corporate Development for the Consulting Services division of global digital trust services provider, VeriSign. Immediately prior to VeriSign, Mr. McCullen was a founding Partner of Exault and managed the company's marketing, strategy and Western region sales before its subsequent acquisition by VeriSign. Previous to Exault, Mr. McCullen was a Partner with managed security solutions firm, Netrex, responsible for sales and consulting in the company's U.S. Central region. Netrex was eventually acquired by Internet Security Systems (ISS). Mr. McCullen worked at Sun Microsystems for eight years as national accounts manager. He has a degree in Computer Science and serves on the Electronic Transaction Association's (ETA) Board of Directors.

Andrew Bokor Chief Operating Officer
Andrew Bokor is the Chief Operating Officer of Trustwave and is responsible for the consulting organization, managed services and help desk operations as well as the internal corporate infrastructure. Mr. Bokor was a co-founder of Ambiron and one of the company's two Managing Partners. Prior to Ambiron, he was the Director of Consulting for VeriSign. In this role, he was responsible for the company's North American Consulting team. Immediately prior to VeriSign, Mr. Bokor was a founding Partner of Exault, a security-focused consulting firm, where he managed the company's consulting organization. Exault was profitable every quarter and grew without outside funding, before its subsequent acquisition by VeriSign. He is a member of the Electronic Transaction Association's (ETA) Best Practices Committee.

Jim Frainey Senior Vice President of Sales
Jim Frainey is the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Trustwave and is responsible for enterprise, SMB and channel sales in North and South America. Jim is a seasoned sales professional with a successful track record of sales management at industry-leading companies such as Oracle, Internet Security Systems (IBM) and Dunn & Bradstreet Software for more than 20 years.

Ken Green Senior Vice President of Product Management
Ken Green is the Senior Vice President of Product Management responsible for Trustwave's suite of data security and compliance management products and services. With 20 years of product development and management experience in the information security and data analysis industries, he previously served as Trustwave's Chief Security Architect, leading the original development of the TrustKeeper compliance service suite. Prior to Trustwave, Green served as a Technical Director and development engineer within the United States Intelligence Community, specializing in the analysis of data and telecommunication protocols.

Mark Iserloth Chief Financial Officer
Mark Iserloth is Chief Financial Officer of Trustwave with responsibility for leading the finance, accounting, human resources and administrative functions of the company. He has more than 14 years of finance, business development, strategy and operations experience in the software and pharmaceutical industries, with companies such as Initiate Systems, Pfizer and Caremark. Most recently, Mark served as CFO for Initiate Systems, where he was responsible for managing a high growth environment, where sales increased tenfold and the company grew from 60 to 300 employees.

Douglas Klotnia General Manager, Compliance Division
Doug Klotnia is the General Manager of the company's compliance division with responsibility for the development and delivery of Trustwave's compliance solutions. He has more than 15 years of sales, business development and channel management experience in the telecommunications and information security industries with companies such as AT&T and Internet Security Systems. He is a frequent speaker at industry events including the ETA Annual Meeting and the Direct Response Forum.

James Kunkel Executive Vice President of Corporate Development
James Kunkel is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Trustwave and is responsible for the company's strategic business planning including its merger and acquisition activity and investor relations. While leading this area, Trustwave has quickly become one of top buyers and successful integrators of security companies in the industry. Prior to Trustwave, he spent over 15 years in senior positions with leading payment processing companies including Electronic Payment Services (EPS), Concord EFS and Vital Processing where he led similar strategic planning, corporate development and M&A activities.

Michael Petitti Chief Marketing Officer
Mike Petitti is the Chief Marketing Officer for Trustwave and is responsible for leading all corporate marketing initiatives including branding, lead generation, marketing communication, product and partner marketing and relationship management with the credit card brands. He has more than 15 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies such as Exelon, Occidental Petroleum and VeriSign and leading integrated marketing firms such as J. Walter Thompson. He is a member of the Merchant Risk Council (MRC) Board of Advisors and also serves on the editorial advisory board of ISO & Agent.

J. Lawrence Podmolik Chief Technology Officer
Larry Podmolik is the Chief Technology Officer for Trustwave and is responsible for the development of Trustwave's data security and compliance management technologies. He has more than twenty years of experience in building mission-critical business systems using leading-edge technology. He has developed large-scale systems across a wide range of business domains, including telecommunications, publishing, insurance, health care, and travel and transportation. Podmolik has served on several industry standards bodies, including the Object Management Group (OMG) and the ANSI X3J16 C++ Committee. He is a frequent speaker at events including JavaOne, Object World and Borland Developer's Conference.

Phillip J. Smith Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Phillip "PJ" Smith is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Trustwave. In this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of the combined company's legal and corporate security matters. Mr. Smith has more than 14 years of experience conducting criminal investigations and prosecutions. He served as both a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service and as a Senior Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice's Terrorism and Violent Crime Section. In addition to managing and coordinating detailed security arrangements for U.S Secret Service protectees, including the President of the United States, Mr. Smith was involved in the Secret Service's early efforts to combat electronic crime including the forensic recovery of computer data and the gathering of electronic evidence. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI).

Jarrett Benavidez Director of Latin American
Jarrett Benavidez is the Director of Latin American with responsibility for all business activity in the Latin America and Caribbean regions. Prior to Trustwave, Mr. Benavidez spent eight years at IBM Internet Security Systems in several different roles, the most recent being Managed Security Services Director for Latin America/Caribbean with responsibility for business development, service delivery and channel partner integration. He also has a background in both technical consulting and business process consulting. Mr. Benavidez is based in Sao Paolo, Brazil.

Sunil Sharma Managing Director Australia and Asia Pacific
Sunil Sharma is the Managing Director of Trustwave Pte Ltd. with responsibility for all business activity in Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Sharma has more than 12 years of sales and consulting experience in Australia and Asia Pacific including stints at Gen-I Australia – a Telcom NZ company, and Cable & Wireless Optus. He has spent the last four years developing and delivering PCI DSS compliance programs for large financial institutions in the region.

Brooks Wallace Managing Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa
Brooks Wallace is Managing Director of Trustwave Limited with responsibility for all business activity in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). His career spans over ten years in sales management in the US and Europe. Prior to Trustwave, he was Managing Director of London based internet service provider, IntelliSpace (UK) Ltd. where managed the day-to-day operations of the company.
